2007-08-30 21:20:11 / Safari
Following a .Mac Mail service interruption, you may need to clear your Web browser cache to resolve interface issues that may appear in your Web browser.
If you use Safari:
Close all .Mac-related browser windows.
Empty the cache.
Open and new browser window and log in to (www.mac.com).
If you use a third-party Web browser, the steps should be similar. Consult the documentation that comes with the browser if you are not sure how to empty or clear the cache.
If you still experience issues, contact .Mac Support here.
