Flash Developer/Software Engineer The successful candidate will work in the Software Development Group as a development lead with some managerial responsibilities in collaboration as part of a cross functional team (development, qa, documentation, production, maintenance, support) to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting design and usability specifications. Qualifications (education/skills) needed: The role being considered is a development lead with some analysis and management responsibilities. Strong leadership ability, analytical skills and design methodologies, human factors/user interface design, and technological hands on experience is required for this position. Candidate should have 4+ years in a lead or senior position. Must have experience with OOA/OOD, UML, RUP, Macromedia Flash (MX) and Action Script, Java 2, and/or C++. Experience with XML/XSL, Proven experience with dynamic data driven client/server applications, Required operating systems: Windows 2000 Pro/XP, Mac OS X Additional knowledge/skills desirable: SQL, .NET, ASP, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, PDF
